AGM annual reports
These meetings are held once per annum, usually around the end of January on a Saturday morning. Minutes of these are available in the annual reports produced every year which can be found below.
Any Member of SYC Limited is welcome to attend but only full shareholding members are able to vote on resolutions which are held online in the period before the AGM takes place.
