What to expect with a shoreside membership
With both our Active or Shoreside membership, you still enjoy all the benefits Sussex Yacht Club has to offer including the bar, resturant etc. You are also able to take full advantage of our social events, fabulous restaurant, Stow’s, and enjoy a drink in our members’ lounge!
The beauty of a Shoreside membership is to experience the close community and social side of Sussex Yacht Club. This category of membership provides you with most of the same benefits as an Active Membership however there is absolutely no obligation for Shoreside Members to be active on the water - although if you wanted to try sailing, SUP, or any other water sports the club has to offer there is no stopping you! We highly encourage our Shoreside members to try any on the water activity, you never know, this could be your new passion!
