On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, 25 & 26 August, the Club will, unfortunately, have to be closed to all members.
The reason for this closure is that the main drain connections for our new clubhouse building are to be cut into the current main drain.
The location for this very necessary work is just outside the main entrance to the existing clubhouse. Not only would this make access hazardous, but the contractors have, for obvious reasons, asked we run no water, flush no toilets or pour anything down the sinks whilst they carry out the works.
I have been assured that everything will be reconnected no later than Thursday night to allow toilet use out of hours.
