New chef joining SYC

We are delighted to welcome a new chef to the team – Marrianne McDonald.  We are looking forward to increasing the quality and variety of food, in particular our fish dishes as Marianne previously worked at the Crabshack, the Urchin and was Head Chef at the Royal Oak in Poynings.

(This will make our next Club Night on 5th of April extra spectacular as we are cooking salmon!)
