Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 96th Annual General Meeting of The Shareholders of Sussex Yacht Club will be held on Saturday 29 January 2022 starting at 10:00.
Any member of the Club is welcome to attend the meeting however only Shareholders may vote on any resolution proposed.
Please note, whilst we fervently hope that this meeting may be held in person, the Commodore is cautiously planning at this time for the meeting to be held online due to increasing risk of Covid transmission and restrictions. We will update you as circumstances firm up.
The Annual Report which encompasses:
- The meeting agenda,
- Reports from Commodore, Treasurer, Training Principal and Section Captains,
- The accounts for both SYC and SYC Operations,
- The minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting
- 2021 trophy, race, cup winners

Hard copies of the full report can be requested from the office during office hours
